A Local Solution for Global Businesses and Exporters. [Case Study]

Having worked in the printing industry for over 30 years it's hardly surprisingly when a customer asks for something a little out of the ordinary. For example "I have 600 clay roof tiles can you print on them for a fund raiser" or "I'm looking for a particular shade of brown. It's the colour of a rusted corrugated tin roof in the early evening sunlight. You know what I mean". So when one of our customers who trades in the global arena approached us with their particular request we couldn't wait to get stuck in.

With hundreds of sales and service locations around the world, they wanted to make it easy for employees to quickly and efficiently order their recently rebranded business cards. Ensuring brand consistency and quality was a given, but the issue of dealing with multiple languages across hundreds of locations was a challenge that really sparked our interest.

Our PingPong web to print solution was the obvious starting point and the simple way to give instant access to users across the globe. By creating a number of foreign language templates branches can now edit, proof and order their business cards in Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Polish. The UK based marketing team are now free to concentrate on high level tasks, in the knowledge that they have a system in place that will ensure business card orders are taken care of effectively.

So, if your company operates a network of offices or outlets nationally or globally why not talk to us about how we can help to maintain your brand while taking away some of the headaches around managing your print.
